Nastasha is a highly accomplished and motivated individual, boasting a formidable academic background that includes a BHSc Honours in Biokinetics from the esteemed University of the Witwatersrand, as well as a BCom in Sport Management from the University of Johannesburg.  Nastasha has a deep passion for physical and intellectual health and fitness, and her fervent desire to positively impact people's lives and holistic well-being.


With a strong belief in the importance of training for activities of daily life and achieving full functional ability, Nastasha has distinguished herself in the field of Biokinetics, particularly in her areas of interest ,which include Postnatal exercise classes, Orthopaedic and Neurological Biokinetics, as well as Sport Injury Rehabilitation.


As a qualified higher performance sports coach in athletics and netball, Nastasha exhibits an exceptional aptitude for triathlon cross training, reflecting her keen interest in facilitating individuals' optimal athletic performance. She is a firm advocate for individualised training, high standards of patient care, and valuable personal interactions, all of which are fundamental to her patient-centered approach.

Chanelle le Sueur

Chanelle is a highly accomplished and qualified Biokineticist, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Movement Science with distinction, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biokinetics from the esteemed University of the Free State in2014. With 10 years of extensive professional experience in her field, Chanelle has established herself as a prominent practitioner in Somerset West.


Chanelle's professional development has been further enriched through her successful completion of internationally recognized Hydrotherapy courses, including Watsu 1 and 2, as well as Advanced International Aquatics. She has a keen interest in mountain biking and fitness. Her contagious energy brings a fresh energy to the floor.


Chanelle's expertise is particularly focused on Functional Training, Chronic Diseases, Neurological, Chronic pain and Orthopaedics Biokinetics. She exhibits a special fondness for working with geriatric, mobility training, and weight loss patients, reflecting her passionate commitment to improving the quality of life of those in her care.

Kiara Brown is an dedicated Biokineticist, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Biokinetics at Nelson Mandela University in Port Elizabeth, along with a qualification in Sports Massage.


After completing her studies, Kiara made the decision to relocate from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town, where she has since embarked on  her career as Biokineticist at le Sueur and West. Her unwavering passion for helping people achieve optimal health and well-being through Rehabilitation and Patient Education has been the driving force behind her professional pursuits.


With a strong interest in Orthopaedic, Chronic, and Neurological Rehabilitation, as well as General conditioning, Kiara is committed to applying her expertise to improve the quality of life of those in her care. Her patient-centered approach and unwavering dedication to her profession ensures her patients receive the best form of treatment.

Abigail von Fintel is a passionate and dedicated Biokineticist, having completed her B.H.Sc (Hons) Biokinetics degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2021.


As an organized and dependable practitioner, Abigail is committed to leveraging her anatomical and physiological knowledge, coupled with her clinical experience and intrapersonal skills, to deliver bespoke therapy plans that address the unique needs of each patient.


Driven by a desire to help her patients achieve their goals and create a positive environment conducive to their recovery, Abigail is regarded for her patient-centered approach to care. She possesses a keen interest in Orthopaedic, Pediatric Neurology and Neurological Biokinetics, as well as Sport Injury Rehabilitation especially in those with running injuries.


In her free time, Abigail enjoys trail running, horse riding, and mountain biking, reflecting her commitment to an active and healthy lifestyle. Abigail's patients absolutely love her! She's got a knack for making them feel at ease and creating a comfortable environment for their recovery. Her holistic approach to her profession, along with her genuine care for her patients' well-being, has earned her a fantastic reputation with her patients.
