Here at le Sueur and West each exercise program is individually designed to treat your specific injury rehabilitation requirements. The exercises include the use of equipment and body weight exercises with program progression throughout each session. The goal of the rehabilitation is to help our patients return to full function through the use of correctly applied technique.

Book now and earn 2500 Vitality points by COMPLETING the assessment, and up to 5000 additional points depending on the fitness level you reach. Please note that the protocol for the Vitality Fitness Assessment changed in 2018. There is also now an +65 years old Vitality Test available.
